Content Moderation Policy
How Bright AI Limited reviews and restricts unsafe or prohibited AI content
2026/07/23
Overview
Bright AI Limited uses automated checks, provider safeguards, and human review where appropriate to reduce illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, and otherwise prohibited AI-generated content.
Moderation is imperfect. A request may be blocked even when lawful, and prohibited material may occasionally evade detection. Customers remain responsible for their content and its use.
What We Review
Depending on the feature, checks may apply to:
- Text prompts and settings
- Uploaded images and videos
- Generated images and videos
- Account, payment, and usage patterns
- User or rights-holder reports
Prohibited Content
Content may be rejected or removed when it involves:
- Child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualized minors
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult services
- Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or identity-document abuse
- Terrorism, extremist propaganda, unlawful violence, or credible threats
- Hate, harassment, stalking, or non-consensual intimate content
- Deceptive deepfakes or misleading depictions of real people
- Intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations
- Attempts to bypass filters or conceal a prohibited purpose
The complete rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Moderation Actions
We may:
- Reject a prompt or upload before processing
- Block delivery or download of an output
- Request more information
- Restrict a feature or account
- Suspend or terminate an account
- Preserve relevant records for fraud, disputes, safety, or legal compliance
- Report content where legally required
Credits and Billing
If a task fails for an eligible technical reason after credits are deducted, credits are normally restored according to our Refund and Dispute Policy.
Credits are not normally restored when a request is correctly rejected for violating policy or when a successfully delivered output does not meet a customer's subjective preference.
Human Review and Privacy
Authorized personnel may review limited content when necessary to investigate a flag, report, appeal, fraud event, technical problem, or legal request. Access is limited according to operational need and security controls.
Bright AI Limited does not use customer prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train AI models.
Reports and Appeals
Send reports or appeals to support@brightailimited.com with:
- Account email
- Task or content reference
- Reason for the report or appeal
- Supporting information
We aim to provide an initial response within 5 business days. Complex safety, rights, fraud, or legal matters may take longer.
Third-Party Providers
Selected features may use third-party AI infrastructure or models. Those providers may apply additional safety rules. Bright AI Limited may enforce stricter rules than a provider.
Children
The Service is for users aged 18 or older. Content exploiting or sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy to address changes in the Service, law, safety risks, or provider requirements.
